Listing agreement — plain English, tap to read
  • Free. Independent listings cost nothing.
  • Self-attested. Everything on your card comes from you. The directory publishes it as-is — we don’t verify, endorse, or guarantee any operator.
  • Town only. We publish your town or area, never a street address.
  • What we publish: operation name, phone number, town/area, counties covered, crops & services, travel distance, and emergency availability.
  • How long it runs: while the directory is in its first 2 years, your listing runs 2 years from signup. After that, new listings run 1 year. When your term is up we’ll ask you to confirm you’re still taking work — confirming renews the listing. Sponsored (paid) listings stay up as long as they’re paid.
  • Leave anytime. Email listings@akelseyranch.com and we’ll remove your listing. Getting out is as easy as getting in.
  • Our discretion. We may decline or remove a listing at any time.
